We cooperate with three major carriers are FedEx, UPS, USPS.

When we deliver the product to you, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your package through the tracking number.

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time:

  • Before shipping your order, normally we need 1-2 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping time:

  • Standard Shipping: usually 2-5 business days. (Area: United States)

*If the package does not arrive in time, please contact us within 2 months after order and our agent will respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

About package stagnation: 

  • If your package has been stagnant in this state for more than 8 business days: “Shipment Information Sent To FedEx”, please contact us in time with your order number.
  • If your package is already in transit but is stuck at one of the stations for more than 15 business days, please contact the carrier first to inquire about the status of your package, and then contact us at support@upstreman-home.com with your order number.
  • If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it.  We would like to suggest you: please contact the carrier first, submit the case to ask for the delivery address of your package, and let them find your package. Then contact us at support@upstreman-home.com with the number of your case and your order number.
